The ‘Boy who lived along’ has turned 20 years now, in other words, two decades earlier harry potter’s first book was released. The books were for everyone, they can easily relate to the instances portrayed in the movie. Furthermore, it taught us many things like how to deal with a loss, how to take stand for someone who can’t take stand for themselves and many more. For most of us, Harry Potter is our Childhood. By simply watching the movies many of us can relish our childhood when we first watched and learnt something from it.

Butterbeer is one of the most popular drinks in Wizard’s World. It’s served in many different places throughout the world and was a particular favourite of Hogwarts students. It’s a non-alcoholic beverage which tastes whimsical and mystical, and it’s what Harry Potter and his friends used to drink.
2. Licorice Wands, Acid Pops, Cockroach Clusters
Acid Pops: In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Ron mentioned that to Harry that when he was seven, his brother Fred gave him Acid Pops. It burned a hole straight through his tongue. His Mother then spanked Fred with a Broomstick.
Licorice Wands: These are sweets in the Wizard’s World that look like a wand but tastes like Licorice(Mulethi in Hindi). It was sold in large quantities in Hogwarts Express Food Trolley. In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Ron thinks of buying them but realised it was too expensive for him.
3. Pumpkin Juice
No events or dinners in Hogwarts can be completed without consuming these. Pumpkin Juice in Wizard’s world is consumed same as we Muggles drink Orange Juice.
4. Felix Felicis (Liquid Luck)
In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, this is the ‘Liquid Luck’ which Harry wins from Slughorn after creating a perfect potion. And in the end, this helps Harry in getting uncorrupted memory from Slughorn regarding Horcruxes of Voldemort. In the book, its shown to resemble like liquid gold, but in the movie, it was only of light golden.
5. Chocolate Frogs
The Chocolate Frogs are one the most popular offering in the Wizard World. And this was the first Chocolate that Harry gets in the Hogwarts Express. They are packaged with collectable cards illustrating famous wizards and witches. Harry gets Dumbledore’s card at first. Subsequently Harry, Hermoine and Ron were put up on the Chocolate Frog Cards for their efforts in defeating Voldemort.
Firewhiskey is an alcoholic beverage sipped by wizards and witches. People who’re under seventeen cannot drink this, as it has alcoholic content. During Dumbledore Army’s meeting, Ron wanted to drink Firewhiskey thinking that the Barman wouldn’t ask his age. But Hermoine got angered with it and made him settle for a Butterbeer 😉
