In a popular notion, Gujarat is always termed as a state where people mostly consume Vegetarian food. But actually, Gujarat has far more non-vegetarians as compared to states like Haryana and Rajasthan. The communities that are traditionally non-veg are coastal people(which relies on seafood), Dalits and Muslims, so all in all, nearly 30-40% of Gujarat consumes meat.
I have learnt that finding the best street food in Ahmedabad is a journey of discovering the unknown. Here we have enlisted various famous street food places in Ahmedabad that serves non-vegetarian. If you’re a night owl, you can visit these restaurants which remains open at night.
